Trip Success_Pacific Coast, San Diego, CA

Good times! We arrived safely into SD. 3500 mile roadtrip in 76 hours! We went straight to Mission Beach and jumped in the ocean. Then, we went to my brother's new condo and surprised his family with the early arrival. Good to be home.

Video clip and photos to come. Got sidetracked since I have arrived in CA with work and being a Resource Advisor for the Day Fire. Mercedes is presently getting a few things repaired in SD, but excited to be a station wagon owner once again. Maybe, I need to join a club or support group.

12 am to 9 am. Pagosa Springs, CO thru NM to Phoenix. Visiting Melissa and her son Roman. Neri, her husband, and Odin, son, are on their way to Irvine, CA for the weekend. Only 6-8 hours to go to San Diego, CA. Will be jumping in the ocean around sunset. If you want to go in the ocean with me in Mission Beach give me a call 805.798.0694. KS, CO and NM. Into the weblog vortex at Cafe Sole in Boulder, CO. Steel (photo) gave me an Earthe for being earth friendly about my vehicle purchase. Visited with Mike Morley (photo) with the Flat Iron rockfaces in the backdrop. Unfortunately, only enough time to immerse ourselves in coffee and a catch-up visit with Mike at Café Sole. Pushing south across the continental divide to Pagosa Springs to get a smoothie from Clark Roberts of Smoothie Revolution at the Four Corners Folk Festival. Unfortunately, no time to visit friends in Durango. Pushing southwest to NM.
